ALL TRADES were 100% complete the first week in July with our
FCO (final occupancy permit) acquired shortly thereafter. 7 of 9 units have
been leased/occupied.

ORNAMENTAL IRON/CARPENTERS: our aluminum/steel fabricator teams up with the CARPENTERS to complete the exterior entry canopies and skin ...each has certain required skills...lotsa fotos to follow.

ORNAMENTAL IRON/CARPENTERS: aluminum canopy armatures receive perforated aluminum sheet which allows water to pass through. this prevents waterproofing problems at the brick wall. exterior lighting is integrated into the armature with the pipe used as electrical conduit.
