PROJECT UPDATE (07.29.2016): I have been lax with my UPDATE…just busy. ALL TRADES were 100% complete the first week in July with our FCO (final occupancy permit) acquired shortly thereafter. 7 of 9 units have been leased/occupied. Enjoy the photos and video links below. andy

CONCRETE: pouring entry and ramp slabs to units 1-3. CONCRETE: slabs complete. PAINTING: ted's finishing up the service corridor. PLUMBING: slavek is installing a lav faucet. ORNAMENTAL IRON/CARPENTERS: our aluminum/steel fabricator teams up with the CARPENTERS to complete the exterior entry canopies and skin ...each has certain required skills...lotsa fotos to follow.
