PROJECT UPDATE (7.17.2015):

In 2009, we acquired this 36,000 sq.ft., multi-tenant, mixed-use industrial property. Phase 1 re-purposes a single user 18,000 SF area into (9) “flex-space” units sized 1,515-2,978 SF. There is little available UPDATED inventory of this product in evanston and I frequently get calls for it. Our concept is to offer more space with a lower rent…totally contrary to market trends. Units are designed to accommodate RAPID evolution of a successful start-up business which include office, office + warehouse and light industrial tenants. Several of our existing tenants will be relocating here due to their growing business needs.
