PROJECT UPDATE (4.19.2010):
Finishing Up
The plumbing, electrical, and HVAC contractors are 100%. The CARPENTERS have installed the wood trim, loft rails and interior doors. FINSIHED FLOORS are also complete…the water based epoxy floor stain/finish has been applied over the concrete first floor and the lofts now have CARPET. The METAL FABRICATORS have finished their jobs on the façade and the CONCRETE parking area is vehicle ready.
NEXT time, finished pics…
PS: we just started leasing. 2 out of 5 units are spoken for. I think the units are aggressively priced ($1,250 -$1,575 per month)…so if you know of someone, please PASS ON this info.

ELECTRICAL outlets and switches are being installed. each unit has a ceiling fan.
HVAC ductwork is 100%. high efficiency furnace venting is being installed.
CARPENTRY kris and tomek are installing the perforated aluminum rail panels in unit 3's loft.
CARPENTRY rail panels are complete.
CONCRETE FLOOR the existing concrete floor was sandblasted early in the project. clemente & mario (father & son) are scrubbing the surface prior to finishing.
CARPET ken & dave are carpeting the loft in unit 3. a ladder is rarely required for installation...but
PAINT wood trim is being prepped for finish coating. The concrete floors have received low VOC water based epoxy finish.
INSULATION all exposed water supply and roof drain pipe is insulated to eliminate potential condensation problems.
HVAC air conditioning condensers have been placed. refrigerant pipe connections are being made.
CONCRETE the parking area off the alley is being poured.
METAL FABRICATION the front screen is almost complete and the address #'s are going up...
METAL FABRICATION done. the curved tube on the right will receive a light fixture like the one on the left at 930 pitner, a condo project completed 3 years ago.
